Flame Tree - the entire gets covered in red blooms. I was going to take another photo when everything was red - but now all flowers have gone away due to TC Evans :(

During pre cyclone prep...

We moved all our pot plants indoors before the arrival of TC Evans. I'm very partial to my plants :)

We sustained some damage during the cyclone. All our exterior lights were damaged.

Mum and Dad just got out of the house after the cyclone had passed. We waited till day break before venturing outside...

One of the neighbours - who is a school teacher- got on a ladder in the middle of a freaking Cat 4 Cyclone to fix his roof...

Apparently yes - believe it people. And look at the grass :)

This year our LCC - Lautoka City Council is asking everyone to pay their City Rates. But are they they doing anything to assist the rate payers???? Only they can answer. In the meantime we are surrounded by cows and big grass.....
